Today was the big day! We had Isaac's baptism and Caleb's 3rd Birthday party. The baptism went well, but it reminded me of life with kids-not orderly.:) Caleb started walking up front with us, but went limp on me and sunk to the floor refusing to go up. So he sat in the pew with the family. Isaac was sleeping, but started crying while the pastor was holding him. So the boys went to the nursery after the baptism.:)We had about 14 people for the party. I made a tractor cake for Caleb-he was very excited! Of course he had fun opening presents too. Isaac was passed around alot and posed for some cute pictures. Overall it was a great day! Tomorrow Nate's Mom is leaving, so we're on our own again. Should be interesting!

So sorry we had to miss out on the big day. Looks like you had a great day! I understand the lack of orderliness when it comes to kids and big occasions--we were almost late for Micah's baptism...I'm talking getting to church at 9:58 or 10:00 baptism...and that was with a LOT of speeding on the way to church.
Keep the pictures coming, Isaac is already so big since the last time I saw him! Getting about time to schedule a time for us to come visit!
PS. Um, totally impressed with the cake. I just looked at the picture bigger and I saw all the detail...great job! :)
